34 researchers working on natural resource and environmental management from Republic of the Union of Myanmar, Cambodia and Lao People’s Democratic Republic (Lao PDR) participated in the 2021 Training Course on Environmental Economics: Benefit-Cost Analysis, Valuation, and Behavioral and Experimental Economics, which was organized by the Economy and Environment Partnership for Lower Mekong Sub-Region (EEI-LMS)
This training program was held between 9 – 20 August 2021, on aired from the Faculty of Economics, Khon Kaen University via an online platform (ZOOM program) with the objective of providing knowledge in the Economics of natural resources and the environment as well as behavioral Economics in natural resource and environmental management.
The training was honored by Dr. Phumsith Mahasuweerachai, the director of Economy and Environment Partnership for Lower Mekong Sub-Region (EEI-LMS) Research Center from Faculty of Economics, Khon Kaen University, presided over the opening ceremony of Training Course on Environmental Economics: Benefit-Cost Analysis, Valuation, and Behavioral and Experimental Economics cooperated with the well-known speakers in the field of environmental Economics, Dr. Orapan Srisawaluk, Dr. Piyaluk Puttawong, Dr. Rawadee Jarungrattanapong, Dr. Suparee Boonmanunt, Dr. Jakrapun Suksawat, Dr. Voravee Saeng-awut and Dr. Tanyamat Srungboonmee.
For the last day of the training program, the research center has offered all of the participants who submitted their proposal to present their project to our speakers and receive the feedback from their opinions on the proposal to improve it before the EEPSEA Small Research Grants submission.
