Summary: This study focused on measuring household vulnerability to climate change in six communes in Kampong Speu Province and on identifying locally appropriate options and relevant policy interventions. Vulnerability was measured in terms of a Vulnerability Index (derived from exposure, sensitivity, and adaptive capacity indices) and Vulnerability as Expected Poverty (VEP). The study found that households in KPS had low exposure, average sensitivity, and low adaptive capacity. About 67% of the sample showed medium to very high vulnerability. The findings of this study are consistent with those of other studies and government reports.
