INTRODUCTTION

The Economy and Environment Partnership for Southeast Asia (EEPSEA Partnership) developed from the Economy and Environment Program for Southeast Asia (EEPSEA Program). The EEPSEA Program was founded by the International Development Research Centre (IDRC) with co-funding from the Swedish International Development Cooperation Agency (Sida) and the Canadian International Development Agency (CIDA) in May 1993.
